How does Edens Organics service work?
Edens Organics provides 100% Certified Organic Produce items directly from our USDA Certified Organic Farms to your home or office with free local delivery. Each week we select from mostly in-season fruits and vegetables and create boxes with those items. Each box is preset to be the perfect amounts of each type of produce for your households needs. It’s like having built-in meal planning. Choose your produce box type, size, and frequency. If you want more of a particular fruit or vegetable, please use the Customize your Box category to choose from. Once that is done, feel free to add items like Wild Caught Fish, Certified, Local Honey, Local Bee Pollen, Raw Nuts, Dried Fruits and more to your box. Please spend a minimum of $28 worth of produce per delivery. If you are adding an order to an existing order, the total can be less than $28 worth of produce for that order as long as the total of your orders are equal to or greater than $28 worth of produce per delivery.
How often are deliveries?
We deliver once per week on Tuesdays in Tampa Area. If you are in Pinellas (or the cities that are in West Pasco north of Pinellas and west of Little Road) you will receive Wednesday deliveries.
Managing Your Subscriptions:
If you have a recurring subscription and want to add something to it (like if you want to add items to your next delivery), the best way to handle this is to create a new order and it will be added to your existing order.
If you want to edit or modify your existing active subscription, you must cancel it and create a new one. To do this, when you are logged into your account, click on the Subscriptions tab on the left of my account page. When you find the subscription you want to change, click on edit and then from there you can cancel or suspend it. Simply leave alone the new one(s) or ones you want active. You can always call in your change, but keep in mind that if you change your order, the system does not automatically replace your previous order/subscription.
What if I am allergic or do not like certain items?
If you have particular allergies or do not like certain produce, simply enter the fruits or veggies that you never want to see in your box in the section titled “Order notes” when you are entering your address details. It is a required field so you shouldn’t miss it.”
Can I place a one-time order?
It is possible to place a one-time order. Select “Single Order” from the drop-down menu when ordering your product.
We believe the most important foods to eat are fruits and vegetables. We do want you to have the option to add items to your box like Eggs, Wild Caught Fish, dried fruits, raw nuts, Local Honey, etc.
Since all of our products are perishable, refunds need to be requested by calling 813-708-9375 within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. If your product is damaged or for some reason is not as fresh as we try to achieve, we will replace such product on your next order. If you are a subscriber and forget to inform us that you won’t be there on the day of delivery (for example if you go on vacation), we cannot take responsibility for this but we would be happy to deliver your products to a friend or relative within our delivery zone as long as you contact us to change ship to address. We take orders from Sunday through Saturday evening at 12:00 pm and order our product on Sunday for that weeks’ orders.
What if I am going on vacation and do not want to receive my regularly scheduled subscription?
Weekly and bi-weekly subscriptions can easily have payments skipped from our end. If you are going out of town or need to skip any deliveries, only call us at 813-708-9375 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know so we can skip payments for you without interrupting it your subscription.
What if I receive an item that I am dissatisfied with?
At Edens Organics, we do our best to properly pack items to travel from our farm to your front door. If you receive damaged produce, or find that something may be missing from your order please contact us immediately for assistance. Providing quality produce and customer service is most important to us!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through Authorize.net to ensure that your credit card is protected. We also accept EBT/Snap/Food Stamps.
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Shipping Policy/Delivery Policy
We take orders from Sunday morning at 12:01 AM through the end of next Saturday at midnight. Any orders received within that period will be delivered to your shipping address on the following Tuesday in Tampa Area. Credit card authorization and verification must be received before processing. We insert gel ice packs into the boxes, and we place fish into a separate foil pouch with additional ice packs for your safety. We are confident that the contents of your box will be safe from 8:00 AM till 8:00 PM so that if we drop off your box in the morning and you don’t return home till the evening, your product will still be fresh.
Can I give someone your service as a gift?
Yes! Providing Organic and Fresh Produce to a friend or loved one is always a wonderful idea. All of our boxes are available as single purchase items. Simply input the recipient’s address in the shipping fields. If you need assistance, please call our customer service number.
What will come in my box?
Your box will consist of the freshest produce available. The contents will vary from week to week. If you are a weekly or bi-weekly subscriber and want to let us know of any items that you NEVER want to see in your box, you can let us know by filling out the Customer Opt-Out section in your Account Information of your account. If an item you opted out of happens to be on our menu that week, we will substitute for something of equal value. This information can be updated as many times as you wish.
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Shipping and handling costs
We do not charge additional costs for shipping and handling. We consider these factors when building the boxes so you don’t ever have to worry about any extra charges.
